The Gold Fusion website displays a selection of handcrafted jewellery ranges which is available to purchase online. This site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope that you will find the site easy to use.

 

Stock and Availability

All products on the website are in stock unless stated otherwise. There is a short period of time between your order being placed and the time it is accepted. Should the stock situation change during this time we will contact you immediately.

Payment Methods

Encrypted Data Transfer

Any sensitive information you send to us, from your computer to our servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign.

Delivery schedule and charges

For orders within the United Kingdom, we normally send items via Royal mail Special delivery. All deliveries are insured and require a signature, please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel or it may be returned to us and a second charge will be made for re-delivery, you will be notified by email the day before delivery.

We only supply to the UK mainland at present.

All deliveries to the UK are free of charge.

Refunds and Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately. We cannot replace items damaged in transit if you do not notify us via email or contacting us by phone within 7 days. In the event of damage in transit, please retain the original packaging, as this is required to support any claim, we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense.

Cancellations

Under British law, you have the right within 7 days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (hand or post), email or by phone. The returned goods must be unused and in re-saleable condition. If you cancel, you must return the goods together with the invoice to the address of Gold Fusion at your expense, the goods must be re-packaged to the same standard in which it was sent to you and sent back using the same standard of delivery service (e.g. First class recorded, special delivery etc).

Hallmarking

All jewellery sold at Gold Fusion is hallmarked in Birmingham. A symbol of a anchor is visible to the right of the hallmark to represent this. The hallmark also includes the makers mark (GPB) and the carat of the particular piece, be it silver or gold.

Terms and Conditions


1) Gold Fusion reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and so you should view them each time you visit this website.

1.1) They constitute a contact between you and us governing your use of this web site. If you are a consumer your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

2) By clicking the ‘make payment’ button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our term and conditions.

3) All prices are shown in GB pounds sterling.

4) We aim to deliver within seven working days from receipt of order. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than seven working days, we will contact you via email to inform you of the new delivery date, if this is not satisfactory a refund will be given.

5) A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods and will receive a full refund of the goods, providing the goods are unused and in a re-saleable condition.

If you cancel, you must return the goods together with the invoice to the address on this page at your expense, the goods must re-packaged to the same standard in which it was sent to you and sent back using the same standard of delivery service (e.g. special delivery next day).

6) Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery.

7) Images may not show the actual size of items. ALL sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

8) Gold Fusion does not accept any responsibility for any web site not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.
